As part of fulfilling its mission to improve access to oral health care, the St. David's Dental Program's mobile clinics travel to community health fairs, medical clinics, and special events throughout Central Texas.

November 29, 2007: Ortega Elementary Health Fair
Over 15 non-profit agencies provided information about community resources and events.
November 15, 2007: Walnut Creek Health Fair
Increased knowledge about neighborhood resources, health care agencies, and school programs in the community.
October 13, 2007: Hopefest - Reagan High School
Over 2,000 children and families attended this all-day information and resource event serving the residents living around Reagan High School.
October 6, 2007: Dawson Elementary Health Fair
Health Educator distributed educational and informational materials and supplies to over 150 participants.
Septembre 5, 2007: Northwest Elementary Health Fair - Pflugerville
Students learned how to prepare nutritious snacks, get physically fit, and stay safe at home and school.
August 24, 2007: Excel High School Resource Fair - Manor
Students and families participated in event to acquire information about community resources, referrals to local agencies, and after school programs.
August 22, 2007: El Buen Samaritano Open House
Community, outreach, and resource fair, featuring over 50 local agencies, live music, and healthy food.
August 18, 2007: AISD Project Help (Homeless Education and Learning Program)
Health Educator provided orah hygiene instruction, nutrition information, and free toothbrushes and toothpaste to over 200 children and families.
August 11, 2007: AISD Back-to-School Bash - Delco Activity Center
Participants learned about school district and community resources to help children and families succeed throughout the school year.
August 10, 2007: Round Rock Circle of Care Health Fair
Over 100 children and adults participated in the event promoting healthy eating, immunizations, and wellness check-ups.
August 7, 2007: Georgetown Circle of Care Health Fair
Over 50 children and adults participated in the event providing health information and tips, local services, including immunizations and wellness check-ups.
July 13, 2007: City of Austin Parks and Recreation Center Kids Wellness Event Children ages 6-14 participated in an all-day event encouraging youth to adopt healthy behaviors through regular physical fitness, making proper food choices, and keeping their bodies clean and healthy.
July 7, 2007: YMCA East “Healthy Kids-Healthy Families Program” For families and children who are at risk for diabetes and/or overweight. Participants learned about healthy food choices, benefits of exercise, and prevention strategies.
April 28, 2007: St. John Community CenterDía de los niños
Over 500 children and families attended all-day event focusing on children’s health and education.
April 26, 2007: Barrington Elementary Community Health Fair
Health educator, along with several other no-profits, distributed educational and informational materials and supplies to attending parents.
April 21, 2007: Mt. Olivet Baptist Church “Spring into Good Health Fair”
The Oral Health Education Program provided free toothbrushes, toothpaste, and handouts to community and church participants.
March 28, 2007: Wooten Elementary “Staying Healthy & Safety Fair” Increased knowledge about community resources, health care agencies, healthy eating, and safety services in the community and surrounding areas.
February 24, 2007: University of Texas Project 2007 Community Health Fair
Health educators provided oral health instruction, information, and resources to families participating in community improvement project in the 78758 neighborhoods.
January 25, 2007: Popham Health Fair
Over 200 children and families participated in event encouraging healthy eating and exercise.
